Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and design tailored Workday solutions

- Provide training and support to clients on Workday functionalities

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of AI applications in HR and recruiting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Certifications in Workday and AI technologies are a plus
