Position: Workday Adaptive Planning Developer
Location: GA / NC / VA / FL (100% Onsite)
Required Experience:
- 5 years in HR Technology projects
- 3 years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience
- Strong expertise in Workforce Planning Headcount & Cost Planning and Capacity Planning

- Design and develop complex Adaptive Planning models dashboards reports and integrations
- Build workforce planning solutions for headcount demand vs. supply and forecasting
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Prism Analytics
- Optimize model performance and automate planning workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
