Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. As a SQL Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our databases ensuring their performance security and integrity. You will work closely with our IT team to design develop and implement database solutions that support our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL and database management as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and maintain SQL databases

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity

- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues

- Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

- Create and maintain technical documentation

- Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data integration

- Monitor database performance and recommend improvements

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in database development and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Strong understanding of SQL and database management

- Experience with ETL processes and data integration

- Knowledge of database security and backup procedures

- Experience with database optimization and performance tuning

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus
