The role
As the Website Manager you will own the Sedex corporate website as a strategic marketing asset. Reporting into Marketing you will define and deliver the website roadmap manage day-to-day content UX and performance in WordPress CMS platform and partner closely with our WordPress developer on the co-development of new templates features and integrations ensuring the site is fast secure on-brand accessible and optimised for lead generation SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
5 years experience managing corporate or B2B SaaS websites including hands-on WordPress administration.
Degree in Business Marketing or a related field with strong digital marketing expertise.
Proven experience collaborating with developers managing tickets/sprints and conducting UAT.
Skilled in website content management UX project management stakeholder communication and agency coordination.
Working knowledge of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript for scoping reviewing and minor website updates.
Strong understanding of SEO AEO GA4 GTM Core Web Vitals schema markup CRO and keyword optimisation.
Experience with analytics reporting and marketing platforms including GA4 Looker Studio HubSpot Semrush Salesforce Profound and 6Sense.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams external suppliers and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving stakeholder management listening and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience developing and executing successful website inbound marketing and demand generation programmes.
Knowledge of WordPress marketing automation web analytics BI tools accessibility tooling and digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Figma staging environments Git-based deployment workflows and accessibility auditing tools is advantageous.
