• Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from start to finish
  
  
• Manage train and schedule mitigation technicians and crew members
  
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to industry standards
  
  
• Coordinate equipment materials and subcontractors as needed
  
  
• Communicate with insurance adjusters homeowners and internal teams
  
  
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
  
  
• Track job progress documentation and job profitability
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
  
  

• 2 years of experience in water mitigation or restoration
  
  
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  
  
• IICRC WRT certification desired (ASD and other certifications a plus)
  
  
• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Valid drivers license
  
  
• Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours when needed

• Manage all aspects of water damage mitigation projects from initial call to completion
  
  
• Lead coach and develop a team of mitigation technicians
  
  
• Coordinate with homeowners adjusters and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
  
  
• Maintain equipment inventory and job site readiness
  
  
• Ensure IICRC and SERVPRO processes and protocols are followed
  
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations
  
  
• Maintain accurate job documentation ensure compliance and manage job profitability
  
  

• 2 years in water mitigation or restoration services
  
  
• Management/supervisory experience preferred
  
  
• IICRC WRT certification preferred (ASD and other certs a plus)
  
  
• Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (DryBook Xactimate WorkCenter) preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
  
• Willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies
