THE JOB
Were hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager whos excited to lead a team and continuously raise the bar on how we operate. Youll coach and develop team fulfillment members through 1:1s training and collaboration while enforcing accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who doesnt settle for how its always been done but instead looks for ways to improve processes strengthen communication and training and drive smarter more efficient workflows. - 3 years of people lead or management experience
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Calm organized and effective under pressure
- Motivated to make improvements - to your skillset andyour team
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet physical demands like standing and color recognition
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Position is full time
