Principal Accountabilities
- This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and products
- Communicating effectively with supervisors employees leads superintendents and managers
- Issuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departments
- Receiving and verifying incoming products and equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse items
- Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
- Delivering equipment and supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to read write and speak English
- At least 612 months of warehouse manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing walking bending for extended periods)
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot cold dusty environments)
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Basic math skills
- Recent work history (within the last 12 months)
