Job Summary
As a Warehouse Agent you will support the safe and accurate handling of time-sensitive shipments from receiving and inspection through storage pickup and delivery. You will also maintain complete shipment records and ensure documentation is ready for TSA inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive unload scan verify and properly store incoming shipments.
- Inspect cargo for damage or defects and immediately report any issues.
- Confirm that shipments match the accompanying documentation and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate shipment records using established checklists and templates.
- Organize cargo and maintain an accurate warehouse inventory.
- Prepare shipments for pickup delivery or internal movement.
- Follow all TSA regulations security procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Keep the warehouse clean safe and organized.
- Assist with shipment pickups or deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
Requirements
- At least one year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends when required.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record preferred.
Work Environment
- In-person position.
- Requires prolonged standing walking lifting and moving throughout the workday.
