WA FIFO Trades Assistant Internal Only

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for FIFO Maintenance Trades Assistants to join the Delta FM Western Australia Team. Scope of work would be conducting general maintenance tasks on our Delta FM sites to keep our Accommodation Villages operational and safe. Working among an established Trades team assisting Electricians Painters Plumbers Carpenters Refrigeration Technicians & Maintenance Managers. We have three types of positions available in Western Australia Full Time 14&14 14&7 or Casual - as below.

THE PERSON

• Based in Western Australia and able to access Perth Airport for flights to regional sites across Pilbara and Goldfields
• Confident/self-sufficient in using Hand & Power Tools experience in domestic/commercial construction or maintenance background
• Aware that in the recruitment process we will eventually do a reference check with your current team leader
• Undergo a Video Interview with the DeltaFM Management team
• Pass A Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Test
• Current Australian Working Rights Valid Australian Drivers Licence White Card Police Check within 12 months

THE ROSTERS

1. FIFO Casual FIFO up to 14 Days at a Time - Rates from $39.05 Gross Per Hour inc. Loading Penalties Super

• Working up to 14 Days on site with a minimum of 7 days at home thereafter. 154 Hours
• 3 Hours Travel paid if flying on RNR Day
• Works can be sporadic works are received as per site based requirements.
• Able to work in your current contract as well as DeltaFM
• Be the first to hear about full time opportunities
• Fortnightly Pay with Above Award Wages
• Only current Compass Casual staff will be considered for FIFO Casual roles

2. FIFO 14&7 Full Time $113034 Gross Per Year Allowances Super

• Limited full time positions available either at Telfer or BHP Port Haven
• Rosters are exclusively full time permanent ongoing 14&7 Days only
• Fortnightly Pay with Above Award Wages
• $1500 Annual Retention Bonus in December if full time prior to July
• Entitlements including Paid Parental Leave 25 days of Annual Sick Leave
• Current Casual or Full Time Compass staff will be considered for FIFO Full Time roles

3. FIFO 14&14 Full Time from $88997 Gross Per Year Allowances Super

• Limited full time positions available
• Rosters are exclusively full time permanent ongoing 14&14 Days only
• Fortnightly Pay with Above Award Wages
• $1500 Annual Retention Bonus in December if full time prior to July
• Entitlements including Paid Parental Leave 25 days of Annual Sick Leave
• Current Casual or Full Time Compass staff will be considered for FIFO Full Time roles
