Job Description

The Virtual Personal Assistant at Meyer Plastics Inc provides remote administrative and operational support to executives and departments within the plastics manufacturing industry. The role involves managing schedules handling communications coordinating meetings maintaining records assisting with customer and vendor communications and supporting daily business operations to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives calendars appointments travel arrangements and meeting schedules remotely.
  • Handle emails phone calls and correspondence with clients suppliers and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports presentations spreadsheets and business documents.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting notes and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with order tracking shipment coordination and vendor communications.
  • Maintain digital filing systems customer records and inventory documentation.
  • Support customer service activities and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor office supply needs and assist with purchasing requests.
  • Conduct online research and provide administrative support for company projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and executive communications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 years of experience as a virtual assistant executive assistant or administrative coordinator.
  • Experience in manufacturing plastics logistics or industrial environments is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Google Workspace Zoom and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.
