Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate dependable and professional Caregiver to provide high-quality person-centered care to clients in their homes or care settings. The Caregiver will assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) promote independence ensure safety and provide emotional support while maintaining dignity and respect.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate non-medical care and companionship to clients.
Help with personal care including bathing grooming dressing toileting and hygiene. Assist with mobility transfers walking and positioning.
Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs.
Support clients with mobility transfers positioning and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
Perform light housekeeping laundry and other household tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Observe document and promptly report changes in a clients physical mental or emotional condition.
Adhere to all agency policies HIPPA regulations infection control procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license may be required depending on client assignments.
Ability to pass all required background screenings and pre-employment requirements.
