The VIP Sales Manager will play a critical role in aligning team performance with overall business objectives providing direction coaching and support to ensure continued growth and success. As a VIP Sales Manageryou would be responsible for:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the VIP/Sampler sales team
Managing recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance motivation and monitoring
Creating and executing sales plans and strategies
Analyzing sales data and trends
Ensuring targets are delivered through people management performance review reward and individual recognition
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with sales partners marketing and business operations.
Overseeing sales promotions and campaigns
Evaluating and improving sales performance
Embodying the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality Integrity Leadership Teamwork Ownership Now
Completing all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
Adhering to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
Performing other related duties as assigned

Salesmanship proven track record of success
Leadership and teamwork committed to servant leadership and a commitment to excellence
Collaboration must partner well with key stakeholders within the selling site and overall company
Business acumen experience and deep knowledge of the timeshare industry
Flexible must have open availability and able to work nights weekends holidays
Communication ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism
Critical Thinking detailed orientated with excellent problem-solving skills
KPIs must be able to analyze data trends and results
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills
