Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UKG Architect to design implement and optimize UKG Workforce Management and HCM solutions. The role involves end-to-end architecture integration strategy and technical leadership across UKG modules to meet business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture design and implementation of UKG solutions (UKG Pro UKG Dimensions Workforce Central).
Define system architecture data flow and integration patterns with HR Payroll Finance and third-party systems.
Provide technical leadership during UKG implementations upgrades and migrations.
Design and oversee integrations using APIs web services Dell Boomi middleware or ETL tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure scalability performance security and compliance of UKG environments.
Review configurations customizations and code to ensure best practices.
Support payroll timekeeping scheduling accruals and labor optimization modules.
Act as escalation point for complex technical and production issues.
Mentor UKG developers analysts and functional consultants.
Prepare architecture documents solution designs and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in UKG / Kronos solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with:
UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central
Time & Attendance Scheduling Accruals Payroll
Expertise in UKG integrations APIs and data models.
Experience with middleware tools (Boomi Mulesoft etc.).
Strong knowledge of SQL reporting and data extracts.
Experience with cloud-based SaaS architectures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
UKG certifications (Architect / Pro / Dimensions).
Experience with large enterprise implementations.
Prior experience working with system integrators (TCS Accenture Infosys etc.).
Knowledge of HRIS payroll compliance and labor laws.
Nice to Have:
Experience with multi-country payroll or global rollouts.
Exposure to DevOps CI/CD or automation in UKG environments.
