Role: Full-Time Operations & Administration Location: Hybrid / Lowell AR (Area)
Compensation: 23-26/hr.
The Opportunity
Our client Looper Auction is a premier auction and real estate firm that operates with high energy and total precision. They are currently seeking a Transaction Coordinator who lives for the details.
This isnt a behind-the-scenes admin role; you will be the central hub of their closing processthe air traffic controller who ensures every contract is signed every title is cleared and every payout is accurate. If you are an organizational powerhouse who takes pride in owning a process from start to finish this is the seat for you.
The Impact Youll Make
- Own the Closing Cycle: Manage the entire workflow from contract to payout for both real estate and heavy equipment auctions. Youll be responsible for keeping all timelines on track.
- Master the Paperwork: Review real estate contracts manage buyer/consignor records and ensure every file is 100% audit-ready.
- Title & Escrow Logistics: Navigate the specifics of vehicle/trailer titles and ownership transfers. (Our client is willing to train the right person on these nuances).
- Auction Day Execution: Play a pivotal role in bidder registration and on-site administrative support during high-energy quarterly auction events.
- Financial Reconciliation: Support the payout process ensuring that buyers and sellers are settled accurately and efficiently.

- The Detail Professional: You dont just check boxes; you verify them. You are the person who catches a missing initial or a typo in a VIN before it becomes a problem.
- Deadline-Driven: You arent stressed by a closing date; youre motivated by it. You know how to prioritize a shifting workload in a fast-paced environment.

- Background: Experience in Real Estate Title Escrow or Legal Administration is a major plus but a track record of managing high-volume detail-heavy operations is the real requirement.
