Key Responsibilities:
- Support the successful delivery of complex websites and web-based applications.
- Participate in QA testing to validate that business and technical requirements are met.
- Develop end-user training materials including user guides presentations videos and reference documentation.
- Lead user training sessions and product education initiatives for stakeholders and end users.
- Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure information is current accessible and authoritative.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by helping triage user feedback and validating issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with project teams business users and stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Training Specialist supporting web-based applications or enterprise systems.
- Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and documentation.
- Experience developing training materials user guides presentations and instructional content.
- Experience participating in QA testing and validating system functionality against requirements.
- Experience supporting UAT activities issue tracking and feedback management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams business users and project stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government or public-sector projects.
- Experience with web-based applications content management systems and enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience creating video-based training content and knowledge management resources.
