Training and LMS Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Training and LMS Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of staff training and compliance while managing the organizations Learning Management System (LMS) currently Relias or any other future platform adopted by the organization.

The coordinator ensures that every team member receives timely accessible and compliant learning opportunities. This role combines administrative excellence data integrity and customer service to strengthen workforce development and support ongoing quality improvement across the agency.

What Were Looking Forâ

Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or related field preferred.â

Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience in training coordination HR support or learning administration.

Proficiency with Relias or similar or technically savvy.ââ

Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
