Job Summary
Five (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large
programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses workshops and
seminars; and developing online web-based training distance learning presentations training plans
courses and materials of a technical nature. Bachelors Degree in Communications Engineering
Computer Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Information Systems Mathematics
Education Liberal Arts or similar degree or equivalent. A Masters Degree may be substituted for two
years of experience thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelors
degree four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
(U) Area(s) (U) Experience Description
SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; 3 Years
-Designs develops and revises complex interactive virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
-Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
-5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
-Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
-Experience with administrating virtual training
-Ability to travel
-SIGINT and C experience
Cleared Contingent (CCA) or Full Scope Poly Clearance
