The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $68625 to $100650 salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role

• Responsible for performing professional and/or technical activities providing advice and direction in tools/asset management.
• Working on a collaborative team with cross-functional responsibilities related to tools/asset management.
• Track equipment/tool trailer demand and moves for a rotating 6-12 month look ahead.
• Support and maintain & audit the implementation of Tools/Asset Tracking software.
• Keeping accurate inventory for all job sites to ensure the availability of tools.
• Fulfill the site needs for EHS equipment per OSHA standards.
• Maintaining vendor relationships for all purchasing and repair needs.
• Create purchase requisitions for equipment needed for jobsites.
• Manage shipping details for all equipment moves/transfers.
• Troubleshoot any equipment mechanical issues and schedule appropriate maintenance or repair.
• Adheres and promotes the Dematic Installation values of SQDCP
  • Safety - Must be very safety conscious and provide overall safety leadership.
  • Quality Focuses the team on high quality installations install right the first time
  • Delivery Plan & Manage installation schedule in collaboration with the Project Execution Team
  • Cost Identifying skill gaps and training resources to be efficient and mindful of project costing
  • People Maintaining a safe skilled effective workforce with a focus on growth and development

What we are looking for:

• Working experience supporting large construction in material handling equipment and/or industrial plant maintenance
• Comprehensive understanding of small hand tools and equipment (i.e. forklift trucks cranes etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean 5S Method related to warehousing
• Logistics experience: Working with 3PL managing LTL or Full Truck Loads
• Inventory management skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and evenings to accommodate site service needs
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
