Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Tool Developer to design build and maintain internal tools and systems that improve operational efficiency automation and productivity across the this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and develop scalable solutions that streamline processes. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and building practical high-impact software.

What Youll Do

  1. Design develop and maintain internal tools scripts and automation systems
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and translate requirements into technical solutions
  3. Build user-friendly interfaces and backend services to support business operations
  4. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
  5. Integrate tools with existing systems APIs and third-party platforms
  6. Monitor and optimize tool performance reliability and scalability
  7. Troubleshoot issues debug code and implement enhancements
  8. Document tool functionality usage guidelines and technical specifications
  9. Ensure adherence to security data protection and coding best practices

What Were Looking For

  1. 36 years of experience in software development automation or tool development
  2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or Java
  3. Experience with APIs system integrations and scripting
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data handling
  6. Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment
  8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with automation frameworks and workflow tools
  2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
  3. Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
