Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Tool Developer to design build and maintain internal tools and systems that improve operational efficiency automation and productivity across the this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and develop scalable solutions that streamline processes. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and building practical high-impact software.
What Youll Do
- Design develop and maintain internal tools scripts and automation systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Build user-friendly interfaces and backend services to support business operations
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Integrate tools with existing systems APIs and third-party platforms
- Monitor and optimize tool performance reliability and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues debug code and implement enhancements
- Document tool functionality usage guidelines and technical specifications
- Ensure adherence to security data protection and coding best practices
What Were Looking For
- 36 years of experience in software development automation or tool development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or Java
- Experience with APIs system integrations and scripting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data handling
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation frameworks and workflow tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- Experience building dashboards or internal web applications
