Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a Azure Developer with strong HR domain expertise to design develop and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across C# Azure services and data platforms along with deep understanding of Payroll Workday integrations Time & Attendance and Employee lifecycle systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements & Analysis
- Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Define functional and non-functional requirements
2. Solution Design & Architecture
- Analyze existing systems data flows APIs and integrations
- Design scalable Azure-based solutions
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
3. Development & Support
- Develop applications using C# and Azure services
- Build and manage Azure Function Apps and data pipelines (ADF)
- Support production systems including monitoring and troubleshooting jobs
- Participate in full SDLC (design development deployment support)
4. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering QA stakeholders and business teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning backlog refinement)
- Provide support to project managers and cross-functional teams
5. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting
- Ensure system performance stability and data accuracy
- Validate end-to-end integrations and workflows
6. System Implementation & Optimization
- Implement new systems and enhancements
- Integrate HR platforms (Workday and related systems)
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
7. Governance Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to security compliance and IT standards
- Generate reports on system performance and project progress
8. Leadership & Problem Solving
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues
- Perform impact analysis and estimation for enhancements
- Mentor junior team members and guide technical direction
