The Learning Experience Andover is seeking a certified Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of language development independence and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where toddlers build confidence through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences.
This position is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through early milestones while building strong relationships with families and teaching teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 1236 months
Support language development and early social interaction
Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers
Assist with meals diapering/toileting readiness and transitions
Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
Observe and document developmental progress
Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones
Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
Reliable nurturing and team-oriented approach
Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
