Job Summary
Test Automation Engineer
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Lead and define C#-based automation strategy for web and mobile applications in regulated medical environments
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Selenium (C#) Appium technologies
- Drive end-to-end automation across UI API and integration layers with high reusability
- Ensure compliance with IEC 62304 ISO 13485 ISO 14971 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards
- Lead mobile automation for iOS and Android (BYOD ecosystems) and responsive web platforms
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions)
- Implement risk-based testing traceability (URS Test Cases) and audit-ready documentation
- Mentor and manage a team of automation engineers enforcing coding standards and best practices
- Drive defect management test reporting and quality metrics dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable shift-left testing and continuous quality engineering
