Are you a hardworking individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and looking to take your career to the next level Do you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with heavy equipment Join one of the best sales teams in New Equipment Company is seeking a Territory Account Manager to cover Litchfield Hartford and Tolland Counties in Connecticut as well as Hampden Hampshire Franklin and Berkshire Counties in Massachusetts. This role will report out of our Berlin responsibilities and qualifications for the position consist of but are not limited to:Responsibilities:Sales Focus:Drive sales for JCB Avant Toro & Vibroscreen both large and compact Accounts:Oversee your accounts and territory handle financial details and find new business opportunities using different mediums of Targets:Achieve sales goals set by yourself and your Sales Management:Maximize your time and manage your territory Visits:Visit customers to create new opportunities and understand their Effectively:Use e-mail phone calls texts and digital social media to keep in touch with prospects and :Work with your Sales Manager to create and present quotes that address customer equipment : Perform valuable walk arounds of equipment to explain our products to Relationship Management:Perform customer maintenance weekly monthly quarterly and Calls:Execute 50 cold calls per week to build your customer :Take part in sales training and use provided tools to learn about our products and Accuracy:Submit sales orders for attachments and Demos:Demonstrate products at customer Coordination:Work with all departments to develop sales strategies that exceed customer Options:Offer tailored financing programs to meet individual customer Principles:Incorporate Altas core values into your daily :Be consistently present and ready to :Education:Equipment and industry experience preferredSales Skills:Strong relationship building selling and closing :Experience with heavy construction equipment sales a plus but not requiredCommunication:Excellent verbal and written :A high-energy fast-paced individual with the ability to change gears Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook and ExcelLanguage Skills:Ability to read interpret and communicate effectively both in writing and Skills:Ability to handle calculations involving discounts interest commissions and basic algebra and Solving:Strong ability to address practical problems and interpret various Demands/Work Environment:Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will use hands talk/hear; Frequently will sit; Occasionally will stand walk reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch or crawl taste/smellVision: No special vision requirementsLift and/or Move Functions: Frequently will lift up to 25 pounds; Occasionally will lift 26 to 50 poundsWork Environment: Occasionally will work near moving mechanical parts fumes or airborne particles outdoor weather condition
