  • Provide first-level customer service support.
  • Accurately document every call.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication patience and empathy

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Part-Time Customer Support Representative to assist with incoming calls for our IT support company. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable following established procedures and documenting customer information accurately.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner
  • Follow a provided script to gather basic information from callers
  • Create and document simple support tickets in our system
  • Accurately record customer details and service requests
  • Escalate calls as directed when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written procedures and scripts
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
