Job Summary
Role: Technology & Support Services - Desktop Support Specialist 3
Client: State of Delaware
Location: 820 North French St 6th Floor Wilmington Delaware 19801 (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Visa: USC & GC (Locals)
Rate: 22/hr. on W2 or $25/hr. on C2C
Interview Mode: In-person interviews only
Job Description / Required Skills:
- Respond to help desk tickets
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems computer conferencing systems and administrative systems
- Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC desktop image phone peripherals software user accounts)
- Troubleshoot basic network software and printing problems
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Must have customer service experience
