Job Summary
We have a 30 month Remote Technical Writer contract position.
Minimum Requirements
- 48 Months of Experience in drafting and developing technical writing efforts across software documentation business processes and IT operations.
- 48 Months of Experience in breaking down complex information and organizing it logically for the user with a focus on clarity accuracy and consistency.
- 48 Months of Experience in research and information gathering including document analysis and interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
- 60 Months of Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Visio) to support documentation development and delivery.
- 36 Months of Experience in document management: organizing information; creating diagrams charts and other visual aids; and using documentation systems.
- 36 Months of Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers analysts operations and customer support to ensure documentation aligns across system and business functions and meets user needs.
- 36 Months of Experience in reviewing and testing documentation including the incorporation of feedback to update and improve content and testing for usability and accuracy.
- 36 Months of Experience utilizing industry standard technical summary and reporting techniques.
