Technical Training Specialist

The Role:

TheTechnicalTraining Specialistis responsible for delivering highquality learning experiences that build employee capability and drive performance. This role focuses heavily on live facilitationboth inperson and virtualensuring learners are engaged supported and able to apply new skills on the job.This is a growing dynamic team making an impact on productionthroughenhancing the learning experience.

What Youll Do:

• Facilitate training sessions(classroom virtual and hybrid) that are interactive engaging and aligned with adult learning principles.

• Lead onboarding programs ensuring new hires receive consistent effective training and a positive introduction to the organization.

• Adapt delivery styleto meet the needs of diverse learners adjusting pace examples and methods as needed.

• Prepare training environments including technology setup materials equipment and room readiness.

• Serve as a subject matter resource answering learner questions and providing guidance during and after training sessions.

• Monitor learner progressand identify individuals who may need additional support or followup coaching.

• Administer assessments knowledge checks and skills demonstrations to verify learning outcomes.

• Collect and report training data including but not limited toattendance completion rates and learner feedback.

• Collaborate with Instructional designersand other team membersto develop and improve content based on delivery experience and learner needs.

• Manage data and information in the LMSby recording courses monitoring learner progress and ensuring compliance.
  

What We Seek

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 13 years of experience delivering training or facilitating group learning.

• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to command a room.

• Experience using virtual training platforms (Teamspreferred).

• Ability to simplify complex information and explain it clearly.

• Comfortable working with diverse groups and adapting to different learning styles.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to travel or support multiple locationswithin MA.

• This is a fully onsite role based in Billerica MA requiring presence in the office five days per week.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

• Experience in highvolumeand fast pacedonboarding or operational training environments.

• Background in customer service retail manufacturing healthcare or other handson roles.

• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

• Compensation: $76000- $95000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
