Job Details: Must Have Skills Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Salesforce Loyalty Management End-to-end integration testing
Detailed Job Description 8 overall experience in Testing/Development Must be willing to work from the client office a minimum of 3 days per week with flexibility to work onsite up to 5 days per week based on project needs. Minimum 1 2 years of hands-on functional testing experience in: oSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) oSalesforce Loyalty Management oEnd-to-end integration testing Good understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and associated business processes. Experience validating integrations between Salesforce platforms and downstream enterprise applications. Strong functional testing experience across web applications APIs and integrated retail ecosystems. Ability to independently drive testing activities including test planning execution defect management status reporting and sign-off. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with Business Product and IT teams. Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across multiple vendor teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues across multiple systems. Technical expertise to perform hands-on testing in addition to leading testing efforts. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership accountability and willingness to learn. API testing experience using Postman or similar tools. Working knowledge of REST APIs JSON payloads and integration testing concepts. Experience with retail commerce platforms and omnichannel business processes. Exposure to: oSterling OMS oOracle XStore POS oMuleSoft integrations Strong SQL and data validation skills. Retail domain experience with understanding of customer order loyalty inventory and fulfillment processes. Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
