Job Summary

- Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn MD 5 days a week
KEY REQUIRED SKILLS:
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze business processes to identify define and document requirements.
- Writing complex SQL queries joining multiple tables and performing data transformations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals including facilitating meetings and sharing information.
- Write clear concise and actionable user stories that accurately capture stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct manual testing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters and 5 years of experience Bachelors and 7 years of experience or 13 years in lieu of a degree
- Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.
- Experience creating test plan test cases and test execution.
- Strong experience working in an Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience with manual testing and have good knowledge of Backend DB testing (using SQL) Manual testing & some API testing.
- Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
- Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong experience with tools to manage requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau MicroStrategy WebFOCUS).
- Experience working on Federal Govt Contracts
- Database experience such as Oracle DB2 SQL Server SQL and JDBC.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks.
- Previous experience with Social Security Administration.
- Agile certification is desired.
