Workday HCM Lead
Location: Newport News VA
Workday HCM Lead will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of a complex multi-entity Workday solution.
This position requires a subject matter expert who can seamlessly navigate the intersection of technical configuration and strategic business process design to support a diverse organizational structure. This position will support cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of a robust solution covering both HCM U.S./Canada Payroll Talent/Performance Management Advanced Compensation Prism Journeys Help.
This position will be critical in performing Fit-Gap analysis defining global business processes and ensuring the integrity and security of our data.
