Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of third-party IT support personnel on-site ensuring service quality and compliance with IT policies and factory safety requirements.
- Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for factory users and stakeholders ensuring effective communication and coordination with remote/global IT teams across different domains (network storage applications etc.).
- Handle urgent tier-3 escalation with third-party IT about network connectivity servers client systems and production tools.
- Support day-to-day system operations including user provisioning hardware/software deployment patch management and incident resolution.
- Work closely with global teams to maintain and support factory systems MES ERP and other critical applications.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP routing) and escalate to specialized teams when needed.
- Support and maintain Windows and Linux/Unix servers ensuring system stability performance and security hardening.
- Participate in routine tasks such as OS patching endpoint protection system monitoring and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and participate in security-related initiatives such as vulnerability remediation and endpoint management.
- Assist with IT asset management documentation and audit readiness for local factory systems.
