Job Description
Proven experience managing greenfield data center builds rack and stack projects or large-scale retrofits.
Deep technical knowledge of data center design including power distribution cooling and physical security.
Proficiency with Visio or similar design tools for infrastructure planning.
Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and DCIM platforms.
Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) fiber and copper media types.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) and hybrid data center models.
Knowledge of capacity planning scalability and risk mitigation strategies.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including facilities IT security and external vendors.
Where required strong vendor negotiation contract management and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or hybrid approaches.
Excellent documentation skills for drawings runbooks SOPs and project reports.
