Technical Motion Graphics Artist

We are looking for a Full-time Technical Senior After Effects Motion Graphics Artist to join our Creative Marketing Team. We need someone who not only has a great sense of timing and rhythm but is also passionate about optimizing workflows and building infrastructure for the entire motion team.

The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of creativity and technologysomeone who can deliver high-end visuals while simultaneously developing the tools and scripts that make those visuals easier to create.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil.

Tasks

Creating and delivering high-value motion graphics videos and animated assets for in-game and social media.
Working with art and creative teams to define the visual language of our marketing campaigns.

Developing custom tools and scripts such as CEP extensions for After Effects to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the teams production pipeline.

Identifying bottlenecks in the current motion workflow and proposing technical solutions to solve them.

Editing video footage and adding effects to enhance motion graphics.

Staying up to date on the latest post-production processes AI-assisted coding (vibe coding) and emerging automation techniques.

Requirements

5 years of motion graphics design experience in a professional environment.
Expert-level knowledge of After Effects including an understanding of the softwares architecture beyond the UI.

Proven experience developing After Effects tools; proficiency in ExtendScript/JavaScript and building CEP extensions.

Programming and scripting skills. Candidates using AI / Vibe Coding as part of their development process are welcome provided they can deliver reliable and maintainable tools.

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere.

Good knowledge of Trapcode Suite or similar particle simulation plugins.

Experience in 3D compositing and post-production.

A Maker mindset with a natural drive to fix inefficient processes.

Ability to translate creative needs into technical requirements.

Strong communication skills to explain technical tools to non-technical team members.

Team player with a high sense of responsibility and ownership.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
