About the Job:
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruitment for non-physician roles within an assigned client group. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract evaluate and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment practices.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job requisitions and recruitment strategies
- Source screen interview and present qualified candidates
- Build talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques and networking
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs open houses and outreach events
- Manage candidate communications including interview coordination and dispositioning
- Conduct reference checks and verify credentials licenses and background requirements
- Prepare and extend employment offers and educate candidates on compensation and benefits
- Coordinate onboarding activities including pre-employment requirements and orientation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (5 years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree)
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication organization and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in interviewing candidate assessment and stakeholder collaboration
- High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information
