About the Job:

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruitment for non-physician roles within an assigned client group. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract evaluate and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment practices.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop job requisitions and recruitment strategies
• Source screen interview and present qualified candidates
• Build talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques and networking
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs open houses and outreach events
• Manage candidate communications including interview coordination and dispositioning
• Conduct reference checks and verify credentials licenses and background requirements
• Prepare and extend employment offers and educate candidates on compensation and benefits
• Coordinate onboarding activities including pre-employment requirements and orientation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (5 years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree)
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication organization and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in interviewing candidate assessment and stakeholder collaboration
• High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information
