Job Summary

The Systems Analyst supports and improves the technology systems that drive construction operations for all internal users. This position serves as a front-line IT representative meaning customer service professionalism and communication skills are just as important as technical ability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for Windows-based servers and desktop systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and operating system issues
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive)
• Support virtualized environments using Hyper-V
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN WAN Wi-Fi)
• Assist with firewall VPN and network security support
• Provides professional and courteous support to employees
• Communicate clearly with users regarding issues resolution steps and expectations
• Document work and follow established IT processes and procedures
• Assist with rollout of new technologies policies and system changes
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery and system reliability

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in a Systems Administrator Systems Analyst or similar IT role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Experience with Hyper-V or similar virtualization platforms
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
• Experience supporting firewalls and basic network security concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting an engineering manufacturing or professional services environment
• Experience supporting a multi-department organization
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and documentation
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft CompTIA Fortinet etc.)
