Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources such as surveys interviews and databases.

- Develop reports and presentations to communicate research findings to key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and make recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and incorporate new research findings into program development.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives including conducting feasibility studies and creating project plans.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and findings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration public health or statistics.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel SPSS or Tableau.

- Knowledge of research methodologies and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
