Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Analyst to join our team. The Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying assessing and managing potential risks that could impact the companys operations and financial stability. This is a full-time permanent position with room for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential risks in all areas of the companys operations

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to mitigate identified risks

- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas of risk

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures

- Provide recommendations and solutions to senior management to improve risk management processes

- Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and provide regular reports to senior management

- Conduct risk training and awareness programs for employees to promote a risk-aware culture within the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk management software
