System Engineer

Location: Minneapolis MN

We are seeking a System Engineer with strong hardware and system design expertise to lead integration validation and commissioning activities for complex electronic systems. The role involves defining machine architecture ensuring EMI/EMC compliance driving technical alignment across global teams and supporting manufacturing and service enablement. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver robust manufacturable solutions while ensuring quality reliability and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical Systems Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 9 years of experience as an Electronics/Hardware Engineer.
• Expertise in hardware design embedded firmware sensors actuators HMI.
• Ability to perform board design calculations and component selection (motors sensors actuators batteries).
• Experience in system bring up integration testing and validation.
• Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and testing.
• Skilled in verification validation DFMEA/MFMEA and manufacturability.
• Experience supporting reliability testing DVT/PVT pilot builds and service documentation.
• Leadership in technical design reviews and cross team collaboration.
