System Engineer - Electrical
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Responsible for end-to-end electrical architecture and digital system integration for boat platforms. The role focuses on designing advanced power distribution (PDM/solid-state) integrating displays and user interfaces and ensuring robust performance compliance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical architecture wiring design and power distribution systems (PDM-based)
- Define load management protection strategies and transition from legacy systems
- Integrate displays UI/UX digital switching and CAN-based networks
- Manage electrical systems for ballast surf control audio lighting and onboard features
- Drive HW/SW validation troubleshooting and regulatory compliance (NMMA ABYC USCG)
- Integrate premium marine audio and advanced lighting systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support product launches and continuous improvement
