Supply Chain & Commercial Contracts Attorney

We are currently seeking Supply Chain Attorneysto workwith our clients at some of the worlds largest automotive retail technology consumer goods and professional services companies.

The ideal candidate will be attorneys experienced in advising supply chain manufacturing and operations teams on commercial matters involving suppliers manufacturers distributors and logistics providers. Experience may include supply agreements manufacturing agreements contract manufacturing distribution agreements purchase terms warehousing transportation/logistics agreements supplier disputes and supply continuity matters.

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation contracts including drafting and negotiating agreements for procurement transportation services logistics warehousing and distribution.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics including federal transportation regulations import/export controls environmental regulations customs laws and international trade regulations.
• Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks including supplier disputes product recalls supply disruptions and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.

• 3 years of legal experience advising on supply chain transportation logistics or related commercial matters preferably with in-house experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international supply chain regulations including UCC Incoterms and FCPA.
• Experience drafting and negotiating supply chain agreements including supplier vendor distribution logistics and service agreements
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
