Job Summary
Description
Responsible and accountable for department operations fiscal/financial management quality service environment of care/safety risk management and human resource management. Supports the organizations vision mission goals and values.
Qualifications
Associate of Applied Science Degree from an accredited Industrial Technology Program. 3 years of supervisory experience. Basic computer and various Microsoft software knowledge. Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software. Demonstrate leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills. Organizational skills. Knowledge skills and abilities equivalent to Maintenance Mill Wright Level III Architectural blueprint structural and civil experience. Knowledge of various maintenance trades including carpentry plumbing electrical finishing mechanical and other building related areas. Task scheduling and prioritization Degree in Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
