Job Summary
SUPERINTENDENT
Location: Sacramento CA
We are seeking experienced Superintendents with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $250M.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations and project execution
Manage and coordinate 100 trade personnel and subcontractors
Ensure project schedules quality standards and safety requirements are achieved
Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues
Coordinate with Project Managers Project Engineers and project stakeholders
Maintain strong knowledge of structural steel and concrete construction
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
Experience managing large commercial projects valued at $250M
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge of concrete structural steel and commercial construction practices
Ability to drive schedules and maintain productivity on fast-track projects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primavera P6 knowledge is highly preferred
Candidates must be self-starters with a proven track record of successfully leading complex commercial construction projects.
