What Youll Do
Create a safe loving and engaging classroom environment.
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom tasks.
Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates photos and milestones.
Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom.
Ensure compliance with all Connecticut state licensing and safety standards.
What Were Looking For
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
A positive dependable and team-oriented attitude!
