Store Manager Centennial, CO

This role is hands-on blending leadership customer service and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly customers leave satisfied and associates are set up for success.

What Youll Do

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing merchandising and inventory management.
• Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing installations and device repair.
• Maintain store appearance safety compliance and operational standards.
• Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial sales is desirable.
• Strong leadership communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach resolve conflicts and problem-solve effectively.
• Technical aptitude for light repair battery testing and installation.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends evenings and occasional travel.
