As a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations while leading and developing a
high-performing team. This role is responsible for driving sales maintaining operational standards and
ensuring every guest receives an upscale friendly and welcoming experience.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Lead coach and develop store team members and leadership staff
- Drive sales growth and achieve operational goals
- Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation
- Oversee training and employee engagement
- Monitor inventory levels merchandising and in-stock conditions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Manage labor costs and daily store performance
- Foster a positive team-oriented work environment
