Source screen and interview candidates
Fill high-volume roles (warehouse forklift production general labor)
Schedule interviews and assist walk-in applicants
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Support hiring events and job fairs
Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly

What Were Looking For

Staffing recruiting or HR experience
Experience hiring for warehouse/light industrial roles is a PLUS
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
