STAFFXPERT is looking for an experienced SRE DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes CI/CD Linux infrastructure automation and cloud/hybrid environments. Candidate should have excellent troubleshooting communication and production support experience with a strong DevOps/SRE background.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab CI or similar tools

Deploy manage scale and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads

Support Linux-based infrastructure across on-premises hybrid and cloud environments

Collaborate with Development and SRE teams for build release deployment and operational activities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines Kubernetes platforms and infrastructure services

Implement and promote DevOps best practices security standards and system performance optimization

Develop automation workflows operational tooling and infrastructure orchestration solutions

Support monitoring alerting logging and observability platforms for proactive operations management

Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) incident management and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain clear technical documentation operational procedures and runbooks

Required Experience:
10 years of overall IT experience in DevOps SRE or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment management scaling and troubleshooting
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Jenkins GitLab CI or similar tools
Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting on-premises hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure environments
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with infrastructure automation scripting and orchestration tools
Knowledge of monitoring logging alerting and observability platforms
Experience with incident management RCA and production support activities
Strong understanding of DevOps best practices system reliability and security standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
