As aStoreExperienceSrProject Manageryouare responsible fordeveloping and drivingend-to-endproject plansfor specific categories and businesses ensuringthose projects meet budget and timing leverage your excellent communicationand time management skills to manage your projectplansin collaboration with keyenterprise stakeholders and ensure cross-functionalpartnersare willschedule andmanage thereviewcadenceand creative milestonesandidentifysolutions where needed to overcome riskthroughout the processappropriatelyto ensure operational excellenceis achievedand seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles and/or problem solve with the team as foster team dynamics through coaching and translation ofproject managementapproach andparticipatein Culture Initiatives focusing on personal behavioral growth. About you:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years of Project Managementor Marketing Operationsexperience

• Proven experience in project management: high performingwith the ability to executemultiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage through ambiguity

• Detail oriented

• Agency experience or experience working with an agency

• Excellent communication negotiation - ability to have a healthy debate and time management skills

• Collaborative team player ability to co-create with passion

• Strong organization and planning skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core rolewill need to beperformedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtuallydepending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
