Sr Software Engineer

Were seeking a passionate Backend Software Engineer to play a key role in designing developing and maintaining the Access Review feature which is an innovative addition to ServiceNows Vezas IAM this role youll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable robust solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while working with the latest technologies in identity and access management.

You will:

• Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs for our IAM platform ensuring they deliver high performance scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers software engineers UX designers and security experts to build features that align with business goals and meet security requirements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Access Review feature a cutting-edge addition to our IAM platform.
• Build and manage identity lifecycle management features including user provisioning de-provisioning and access control policies.
• Implement logg ing monitoring and auditing functionality to ensure platform visibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously enhance the performance security and scalability of the IAM platform through code reviews testing and refactoring.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management leveraging them to drive innovation and elevate the platform.

Qualifications :

You have:

• 7 years of proven experience in backend software development with a focus on identity and access management security or related areas.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Golang and Java.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols standards and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with IAM services and features.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) caching mechanisms and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $143200 - $243400 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
