Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10 years of IT software development and ServiceNow expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development implementation and administration including SAM/HAM CMDB SPM ITSM and ITBM modules. This role requires local candidates in Austin TX who can attend an in-person interview and work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Implement and support ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management) modules.
Develop and enhance solutions within SAM (Software Asset Management) and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
Manage and optimize CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and related integrations.
Configure and support SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) processes and workflows.
Develop custom applications workflows business rules integrations and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform platform upgrades enhancements troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices governance standards and security requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and business users.
